We are rapidly expanding our In-Home Sales Department and we have an immediate opening for an aggressive, enthusiastic, and motivated individual from the Danbury area. Responsibilities: 

  • Assess clients needs and present our products through the use of our estimating software 
  • Design of HVAC systems based on rebate eligibility and client driven considerations
  • Guide our residential customers in their home with HVAC replacement options
  • Follow through and follow up with clients after presentation; build productive relationships with customers 
  • Work within our CRM Program to manage clients information and sales schedule
  • This sales position is primarily responsible for front-end sales, creating accurate designs and proposals 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals 
  • Willingness to engage in professional development training, including reading business, leadership, and sales books, and taking course 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Previous sales experience a plus 
  • Residential HVAC or Home Services selling experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to proficiently use technology (cell phone, tablet, computer). 
  • Open to coaching and development. 
  • Comfortable working and contributing positively in a team environment.
  • Must have a valid drivers license. 
  • Position requires a minimum 5-day work week to include some evenings and weekends as needed. Must be flexible with schedule to meet customers needs.
